A soft, full-bodied Ovada DOCG Riserva made from a selection of old, low-yield vines and aged a year in large oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Soft and full-bodied. Intense ruby red, with aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of plum and an almond finish.
Pairs well with
Structured dishes, game, red meat and aged cheeses.
