- Classic Guyot training; yield capped at 60 quintals per hectare.
- Vinification
- Grapes selected in the vineyard, destemmed and crushed, classic fermentation without temperature control with pumping-over and delestage, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 1 year in steel tanks. Unfiltered. Estimated ageing potential: over 5 years.
