Intense ruby with violet reflections. Powerful on nose and palate, with raspberry and blueberry supported by vanilla from selected French oak. Aged in barrique to accompany the fruit of the Dolcetto.
Pairs well with
Roasts, game and medium to long-aged cheeses; with Piedmontese tomini.
