Red
Nizza
By Cantine Carel, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Nizza DOCG from Nizza vineyards, aged 18 months with 6 in wood.
Tasting notes
Colour: intense ruby red with deep garnet shades. Nose: decided and complex, ripe plum and raspberry with a light vanilla note in balance with the rest. Palate: ample and structured, strikingly soft and round from the long ageing, with a pleasantly savoury finish typical of Barbera.
