Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. Complex, fragrant nose of citrus and fruit with broom, chamomile, peach and apricot, followed by bread and yeast. Clean, harmonious, savoury and intense on the palate, with a hint of acacia honey and toasted hazelnut.
