A dry white Arneis from the Langhe, fresh and floral, meant to be drunk very young.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with green or golden reflections. Delicate, complex, floral nose (broom and chamomile) with light hints of honey and white-fleshed fruit preserves. Dry and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant acidic vein that gives freshness and persistence.
Pairs well with
Ideal with fish.
