Tasting notes
Garnet red with cherry-orange reflections, intense scents of raspberry and small fruits. Good body, dry, fragrant, with a light vanilla hint on the finish. Delicate raspberry and rose on the nose; fresh raspberry background, softly rounded in the dry style with brief ageing. Also made off-dry (amabile).
Pairs well with
An all-meal wine, particularly suited to first courses and white meats; the off-dry version is ideal with dessert.
