Tasting notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Nose of citrus blossom, green apple, acacia and white peach. Lively palate with good acidity, minerality and a long, salty finish.
Pairs well with
Grilled branzino, tajarin with butter, vitello tonnato, fresh Piemontese toma
