Tasting notes
Ruby, slightly opalescent color. Young aromas of subtle florals and integrated fruit with an earthy undertone, balsamic hints of licorice and spice. Fresh, complex palate with a long finish, significant but silky tannins, and a savory impression.

- Harvested in October, with a medium-to-long alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats at moderate temperatures and skin maceration for 20-30 days, then aged in untoasted large French oak barrels, unfiltered.
