- Single vineyard, Casot, 25 years old; grass cover then mowing, legumes alternated with well-rotted manure.
- Vinification
- De-stemmed. Native yeasts. Not fined and not filtered. Aged 20 months, 30% in wood and 70% in concrete, then 6 months in bottle. Sulphur dioxide under 50 mg/l.
