Sindi Vini is the passion project of Sindi Mandiqi, a winemaker who, after years of working in the Langhe and Roero regions and a formative experience with Olek Bondonio, decided to craft wines that reflect his deep appreciation for native Piedmontese varietals. His philosophy centers on showcasing the true character of grapes like Grignolino and Nebbiolo, which he believes are often underestimated or perfectly suited to the region's terroir.
