The current owner, Simone Cerruti, began vinifying his own grapes in 2014, specializing in dry-vinified Moscato aged in barriques. The winery practices 'heroic agriculture' on 4 hectares of vineyards, including the steep Vigna Manzotti, avoiding chemical insecticides and pesticides to preserve the health of their UNESCO-protected land.
