Santuvario
Santuvario is a small, organic winery in Boca, Piedmont, founded by Ivano Barbaglia and his wife Paola. Ivano, a former musical instrument repairman, started the project after a stroke, transforming family land into a thriving vineyard. The winery is named after a gorgeous convent that overlooks their old vines, symbolizing their deep connection to the region's history and terroir.
