Brema
Antiche Cantine Brema is a family winery in Incisa Scapaccino, in the Asti hills of the Monferrato. The Brema family has worked vines here for more than two hundred years, and the cellar was founded in 1887. Umberto Brema is the fifth generation to run it. The range is built around Barbera, bottled as Barbera d'Asti, Barbera d'Asti Superiore and Nizza, with a Monferrato Rosso, Dolcetto d'Asti, Grignolino d'Asti and Gavi alongside. Sweet Brachetto d'Acqui and Piemonte Moscato complete the list. The cellar produces around 160,000 bottles a year and receives small groups, up to 15 people, for tastings in English or French.
