Only red DOC and DOCG wines, produced exclusively with estate-grown grapes. Maintaining a traditional approach: for Barolo, long macerations, frequent pump-overs and punch-downs, aging in 2,500-3,500 litre oak casks. The estate produces approximately 40,000 bottles per year—up to 14,000 bottles of Barolo DOCG, 24,000 of Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata, and 8,000 of Dolcetto d'Alba.
