- **Vinification:** Slightly overripe grapes vinified traditionally, with maceration on skins for about 15 days at 28-30 degrees C. Malolactic fermentation follows immediately, and the wine ages in barriques for 15 months, plus a further six months in the bottle. Released only in the best vintages.
