After a minimum of 30 months' bottle ageing at 15 degrees C, the wine is riddled, disgorged and dosed as a Brut.

Colour: straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Bouquet: aromas from crusty bread to yeast and dried fruit, with floral notes. Palate: full and rich, with good acidity and a creamy sensation from the fine sparkle, a nice aromatic persistency.
