## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red. Elegant and fairly complex on the nose, opening with black cherry and balsamic, minty notes, then spice and coffee. Good body and softness, with freshness and nerve. The long, fruity finish brings black cherry, mint, pepper, vanilla and coffee.
