- **Exposure:** South and south-west, tempered by cooling air from the Tanaro
- **Vineyard planting:** Planted in 2007 and 2008
- **Vinification:** Fermentation in concrete for around 12 to 14 days, then 6 to 7 days of post-fermentative maceration, about 3 weeks of total skin contact. Malolactic in oak, then around 20 months in 52 hl and 25 hl Garbellotto oak barrels, a few months in concrete, and bottling usually in April-May of the year before release.

## Summary
