- **Vineyard planting:** Torriglione vines planted 1955, 1985, 1992 and 1995 (vineyard page, all varieties)
- **Vinification:** Green harvest applied systematically, the only variety where it is done. Fermentation in concrete and/or stainless steel for around 12 to 15 days. Malolactic in concrete and/or stainless steel, cold stabilisation outdoors or in conditioned steel tanks, then some months in concrete, steel and plastic. No oak. Bottled usually in April-May of the year after harvest.
