## Summary

A sweet sparkling red from the two Malvasia varieties grown around Castelnuovo Don Bosco.

## Tasting notes

Pale ruby, cerasuolo. Floral, fruity and above all aromatic, recalling dog rose and wild strawberry. Sweet, lively and delicate, with a long almond finish and fine persistent bubbles.

## Food pairings

Desserts, dry pastries such as Piedmontese paste di meliga, or strawberry fruit salad; also good as a cocktail base.
