## Tasting notes

Intense ruby with slightly garnet reflections. Fruity and spicy, with toasted vanilla, chocolate, plum and jam. Full-bodied, dry, savoury and fresh, with a delicate tannin from ageing.

Substantial dishes: tagliolini with ragu, red meats, braises, goat cheeses or aged cheeses such as Castelmagno.
