## Tasting notes

Intense ruby. Winey, floral and fruity, recalling rose and raspberry. Elegantly lively, dry and well bodied with a tannin that leaves a pleasantly bitter finish.

Rich or fatty dishes: pasta with meat sauces, lamb, Piedmontese salumi and fritto misto alla piemontese.
