## Tasting notes

Intense ruby with violet reflections. Fruity, floral and lightly spicy, recalling violet and black pepper. Full-bodied, soft and fresh with a pleasant liveliness from the long second fermentation.

Whole meals of Piedmontese tradition and Italian salumi; also medium-aged cheeses such as Fontina or Gorgonzola.
