## Summary

The estate's principal wine, a Barbaresco from the Martinenga vineyard, the family's vinification monopole since 1797, prized for its elegance.

## Tasting notes

Colour: bright garnet red with light orange reflections. Bouquet: intense notes of plum and cherry blend with balsamic nuances of mint, tea leaves, dried flowers and blond pipe tobacco. Taste: the fine, elegant tannic structure, in constant balance with the fruit and the fresh, mentholated finish, gives the wine depth and harmony.

## Food pairings

Excellent with red meat and medium aged hard cheeses, also pairs well with traditional Piedmontese first courses such as tajarin and agnolotti del plin.
