Colour: bright straw yellow with light green reflections. Bouquet: intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of white peach and figs interspersed with sage. Taste: harmonious balance of freshness and residual sugar softness gives this naturally, lightly sparkling wine great drinkability and pleasantness.
