## Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour, opening to pleasant fruit and floral notes. Fresh, well-structured, harmonious and persistent on the palate.

Grilled or fried fish, shellfish, vegetable risottos, raw vegetables and white meat; also excellent as an aperitif.
