## Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour with golden highlights, ripe fruit fragrances enriched with vanilla notes. Elegant, austere yet engaging on the palate with well-balanced spice notes.

Substantial fish dishes, white meats in sauce, vegetable flans, crepes and aged cheeses; excellent as a meditation wine.
