## Tasting notes

Intense red colour with violet highlights. Engaging bouquet of black berry fruit and spice. Soft, harmonious and opulent on the palate, with well-balanced vanilla notes.

Regional truffle dishes, mixed roasts and aged cheeses; excellent as a meditation wine.
