## Summary

A Nizza Riserva born from the Bertolino family's friendship with the owners of Valle Vento, made from that farm's vineyards in Castel Boglione.

## Tasting notes

Intense, complex nose of red fruit typical of the grape, recalling blackberries, cherries and spice. Intense purple red. Firm and full but balanced, with a long, pleasant finish.

Tajarin with white truffle, fried porcini, or slow-cooked meats such as braises and stracotti.
