## Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights, bright and slightly shimmering. Fruity aroma, delicate and very pleasant with hints of apple and acacia flowers. Dry taste without compromise, with a slight bitter undertone, light-bodied but with substance, remarkable character.
