- **Vinification:** Hand-harvested grapes in 18 kg crates are gently destemmed and transferred into stainless steel tanks for a 72-hour pre-fermentative cold maceration. Fermentation follows for 15 to 20 days, after which the wine is racked off. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques (third to fifth passage) for about 12 months. After bottling, it is further aged in bottle for at least one year before release. Alcohol 14.5/15% vol.

Deep violet with garnet reflections. Intense aromas of cherry and wild berries, harmoniously integrated with vanilla and spicy oak notes. Full-bodied yet vibrant on the palate, supported by good acidity and a distinctive mineral note, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
