## Tasting notes

The Gavi del Comune di Gavi 'Il Nostro Gavi' shines with a brilliant straw yellow, offering a delicate bouquet of green apple, citrus, and a distinctive mineral undertone. Its crisp acidity and dry, refreshing palate lead to a clean, elegant finish.
