## Summary

A Langhe Nebbiolo named for the Podio hill (Podium Serrae), whose grapes were reserved for the lord in an estate deed of 1467.

## Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with aromas recalling rose, dried flowers, then fruit, vanilla and spices. Elegant, harmonious and lively in the mouth with soft tannins.

## Food pairings

Excellent with hearty main courses, preferably simply prepared meat, charcuterie and medium-aged cheeses.
