## Tasting notes

Deep garnet red with brick highlights. Complex aroma of cloves, cinnamon, rhubarb and gentian. Warm and full on the palate, soft with agreeable tannins and a subtle almond aftertaste.

## Food pairings

Served neat to round off a meal, as a meditation wine and with chocolate desserts; on the rocks it is also an aperitif.
