Fermentation temperature is controlled at around 24 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows the end of fermentation and racking. Ageing lasts 6 months.

## Tasting notes

A fresh, soft and elegant wine. Ruby in colour with violet highlights. The nose shows currant, pomegranate and light poppy notes. Spicy on the palate, confirming the ripe red-undergrowth sensations of the nose.
