## Tasting notes

Intense, luminous straw yellow. Clean, pleasant bouquet with floral notes of acacia, aromatic herbs, jasmine and orange blossom, and balsamic hints of star anise and beeswax at the close. Lively, fine and energetic on the palate, savoury from the first sip with a fresh drive to the end.
