- **Serving temperature:** Serve in a cup or dessert glass at about 4 to 6°C
- **Storage:** Keep in a cool place away from light at 10 to 12°C. Drink young.

## Summary

A Moscato d'Asti from the historic heart of the variety, about 20,000 bottles a year, first bottled in 1989.

## Tasting notes

Light yellow. Bouquet of mountain flowers, sage and rosemary, strong personality and a finish of ripe fruit. Gentle bubbles, sweet but never cloying.

Desserts, fruit, soft cheeses and short snacks; also lightly spicy oriental dishes.
