- **Serving temperature:** Serve in a flute at about 4 to 6°C
- **Storage:** Keep in a dark place at 8 to 10°C. Best not to age beyond three years.

## Tasting notes

Fragrance of fresh fruit, pineapple and white peach. Rich, persistent and slightly bitter in the mouth, with a citrus recall.
