## Summary

The estate's oak-aged Barbera Superiore from Olivola, about 5,000 bottles (5,466 bottles and 100 magnums of the 2022 per the sheet). 15% vol.

## Tasting notes

Cherry and black cherry with finesse, ripe red fruit and pleasantly spicy notes from the oak, with hazelnut tones. The acidity typical of Barbera is softened by the wood: soft, full-bodied and persistent. Deep purple red.

## Food pairings

A risotto with sausage on a romantic dinner, or sipped on a cold winter night by the fireplace.
