## Tasting notes

Brilliant, transparent carmine turning garnet. Ripe red cherry and plum, mint and camphor, discreet wood, cinnamon and nutmeg, violet. Palate matches the nose, with well-managed tannins, violet-candy florals, gentian and rhubarb and an endless finish.
