- **Vinification:** Soft pressing of Nebbiolo, classic alcoholic fermentation in steel at 30-32 degrees with several daily pumping-overs and 10-12 days maceration; must kept in motion for 3 months for mannoprotein extraction and malolactic fermentation; racked to 10 hl French Allier oak/Slavonian oak casks, 1500 liter Slavonian oak barrels and 500 liter French oak tonneaux for 26 months; 1-6 months pre-bottling in steel, then further bottle aging. Also produced in Magnum format with the same profile.

## Tasting notes

Bright, lively garnet. Bouquet of great personality with spirit-macerated fruit, spice, licorice root, ginger and the classic mineral, dusty nuances typical of Barbaresco, with a mentholated finish. Rich, full and round palate with elegant, fine tannins, a light acidic note and a persuasive character.
