Ages 18 months in oak, rests three months, then six months in bottle. Alcohol 14 to 14.5%, total acidity 5.5 to 6.0 g/l. Ageing potential over 10 years.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red, almost impenetrable in colour. Intense black cherry and spice on the nose. Rich, soft, velvety and enveloping on the palate.
