Ages 12 months in medium-sized French oak, rests three months, then six months in bottle. Alcohol 12.5 to 13%, total acidity 5.5 to 5.6 g/l. Ageing potential over 6 years.

## Tasting notes

Straw yellow. Nose of dried apricot pulp, quince, ripe banana, vanilla and sweet tobacco. Full and rich on the palate, with a good balance of fruit and spice.
