- **Vinification:** Hand-harvested grapes were gently crushed and pressed, with the must left briefly in the press to extract aromas. The free-run wine fermented in stainless steel until reaching 5% alcohol, when fermentation was halted by rapid cooling. The wine was clarified, filtered and bottled.

## Tasting notes

Intense straw yellow. Characteristic Moscato Bianco aromas accompanied by hints of sage and hawthorn blossom. Fresh, pleasant, vigorous and refined on the palate, with a well-balanced finish.
