## Summary

Costamiòle comes from the Agliano Terme area, where Barbera finds one of its most favourable expressions, aged in small oak barrels to preserve its freshness.

## Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet hues. Rich, intense and persistent on the nose, with violet and plum meeting liquorice and vanilla. Well-balanced, energetic and intense on the palate, accented by fruit and spice.

## Food pairings

Red meats, game, aged cheeses.
