- **Vinification:** Whole grapes refrigerated for about 12 hours at controlled temperature, destemmed and pressed whole, static decantation at 10°C, racking, alcoholic fermentation and about 6 months on the lees. Bottled in April/May and kept in the estate's cellars for about 2 years before release. Sealed with screw caps. About 4,000 bottles produced.

## Summary

A Riesling Renano from the estate's San Biagio vineyard, aged on the lees and then two years in bottle before release, planted alongside an older Chardonnay parcel.

## Tasting notes

Pale yellow with slight greenish highlights, a vertical bouquet with barely noticeable hydrocarbon notes, sapid and mineral on the palate.

An excellent match for antipasti, pasta dishes, vegetable risottos and cheese.
