- **Vinification:** Grapes harvested and sorted by hand, gently pressed to extract free-run juice and light color. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18°C for 8-10 days, no malolactic fermentation. Aged about 3-4 months on light lees, stirred weekly, then transferred a couple of times, filtered and bottled.

## Tasting notes

Pink gold with orange glare. Intense nose of red fruits, peach and apricot. Fruity and refreshing, medium bodied, slightly dry and quite persistent.
