## Tasting notes

Clear, soft golden yellow with silver brightness. Floral nose with subtle vanilla, fresh and fruity with pleasant minerality; tropical fruit and citrus emerge gradually. Round and fruity, soft and delicate with body from light spiciness and good acidity.

Shellfish, white fish or poultry with sauces; also various cheeses.
