- **Vinification:** Soft pressing of the grapes, must stored in a tank at -2 C, followed by fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature up to 5% alcohol content. Part of the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation stays trapped, giving the wine its natural effervescence. Further micro-filtration before bottling gives transparency and purity and prevents further yeast fermentation.

Brilliant straw yellow color. Intense, typically aromatic nose with floral and honey notes. Fresh, fruity and elegant on the palate, with the characteristic pleasant sparkle.
